Bitmap images are defined by a precisely "mapped" collection of individual dots or pixels of various colors. EPS (Encapsulated Postscript) files define graphics using mathematical algorithms that allow for scaling and modification without a loss of image resolution.

Over Runs and Under Runs
You may receive an overage or a shortage on your order.
Due to manufacturing quality and production standards there will be over runs and occasionally under runs. The industry standard on most products is ± 10% (This excludes overseas shipments). Konik and Company will do everything possible to reduce this from happening. We will only charge your account or credit card for the actual quantity shipped. If you have any questions please contact us at customerservice@konik.com

Artwork Design and Modification
Konik and Company reviews in detail all artwork submitted to make sure it meets the specific requirements for application to the products you selected. If minimal alterations are necessary, we will make these modifications at no cost with your approval.

For significant alterations, we do provide art services. Please contact us for a quote.

If you do not have a logo, or are in need of design assistance, we have a full art and design center. Our staff of graphics designers works with the latest equipment and newest applications. By working together with you and your Team we are able to create an appropriate image that represents you, your company or organization.

Shipping Information
Orders are shipped FOB from their point of manufacture. Most of the time we will ship UPS. We will send items via trucking line if they are too large or heavy. If this occurs we will contact you immediately. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
If you would like to have us ship your order and bill it to your account, we ask you to provide us with the carrier name and the account number.
All shipments require a signature to receive, and UPS shipments are sent insured.

Konik and Company accepts the following methods of payment
• Credit cards
• Net Terms/Credit Application
• Cash in advance.

Credit cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard. We will not charge your credit card until your order has shipped.

Net Terms
We are pleased to offer, to those who qualify, Net 30 Terms. You may download a credit application or contact us at customerservice@konik.com

Cash in advance
For those customers who do not wish to or cannot establish terms or use a credit card, we will require payment prior to manufacturing your order.

Order changes
If you need to make any modifications to your order, and it has not yet been started the production process, we will assist you with all your order change needs with no additional change or cancellation fees applied.

If the order has reached the pre-production set up phase, there may be cancellation or change charges that apply. All charges will be discussed with your Customer Service Representative. The fees may vary depending on your requirements.

If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. We can, if you wish, prevent shipment or redirect it. You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders cancelled at this stage.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Konik and Company wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased product we will replace, credit, or refund your order. Contact customerservice@konik.com within 30 days of your purchase's arrival and we will resolve the issue.

Rush orders
In a hurry? Contact anyone of our Sales Force Team or Customer Service Department for a list of products that can be shipped to you right away. Most of these items can be manufactured in 3-5 working days and be on their way to your destination.
We will be more than happy to work with you to find a solution. As a Team we will try to speed a product through that will meet your requirements. In many cases, additional charges are associated with rush orders and they will be quoted separately.

Minimum Quantities and Less than Minimum orders
Less than Minimum quantity requirements are available on most items. In cases where a minimum order requirement exceeds your requested quantity, a Customer Service Representative will assist you. Short production runs can be arranged (may result in a higher cost per unit) and our team is happy to provide a quote or other recommendations to get you the right premium product.
